Marilyn Geller is an accomplished designer and product developer with over 35 years of experience focused primarily on the contract and residential interiors industries. Her body of work reflects a melding of functionality, aesthetics and delight.

Geller began her career as a textile artist after receiving a BFA from California College of the Arts. Her growing interest in the construction of cloth sparked a shift in focus from art to design. Geller honed her design and technical skills at a major contract textile distributor. During this tenure and through subsequent consulting projects she acquired a broad knowledge of a diverse range of manufacturing processes.

.To expand her design horizons beyond textiles, Geller founded her own creative consultancy, Flipside Design, in 2002.
